Hi, all! My Pariso Verde is growing slow and small. How do I increase leaf size/ growth speed? TIA π©·

@annablu14 Hi Anna, an obvious answer is often to add a suitable fertilizer but depending on how long you have had it in the same pot, sometimes a repotting can also give your plant a boost after it adjusts. Otherwise it is giving it the right conditions for growth such as the ideal light levels.
Hey Anna π just echoing what @seymour and Dawn @momentousbonsai) have said... Lots of light, a good, balanced fertiliser (I like the kind you add into every watering bit there's lots of great options, which differ depending where you are in the world π) and the right humidity are all key.
I think repotting might help you though, I've found (with my climbers especially) that they start to produce small leaves when the roots get bound, but also (as Dawn says) a good pole for her to climb will DEFINITELY encourage stronger stems and bigger leaves.
You don't need to faff about with a moss pole if you don't want to (& they are a faff! Lol you need to keep them consistently moist and you can't move them once the aerial roots start to train in), a good coir pole and gardeners velcro is much easier (especially if you're fairly new to the whole thing) they're easy to get hold of, easy to maintain and you can adjust it as needed... I've actually just bought a bunch of Kratiste biobased poles (which are really eco friendly) and I'm really impressed with those too! They come with these wee clips that you just slide into the pre-prepated holes on the pole to attach your plant (rather than binding/ tying/ velcro-ing etc) and they were SO easy to use I'm very impressed so far! π We'll have to see if my climbers like them as much as I do! Lol π
Do keep us updated with how you get on? Is love to see her in a few months time and see if she's happier π₯° xx

@JenniB81 thank you so much!! Iβll look into this for sure! Iβm so glad you gave me more options! π
@JenniB81 do you think I should repot in a pot a few inches bigger? I know thatβs what I normally do
