I don't think my snake plant is doing well and I'm not sure why. I water only when the app says and it sits near a window that gets minimal sun. I've had it for over a year and it's not growing and seems like the leaves are turning yellow & drying out. Any suggestions?

I would check the soil in between when the app tells you to water. Stick a finger two inches deep and check for moisture. If it’s dry, it probably needs water. Also check the soil before you water according to app schedule too.
For many of my plants, I tend to hit snooze in the app because the soil is not dry enough for watering yet
