if youre talking about the brown spots on the tips thise are just burns. leaf tips get burnt pretty easy, if the plant is doing fine overall then its nothing to worry about. though the greener colouration and slightly stretched appearance in this compared to the older pic means it hasnt been getting a good amount of light

Looking at the profile info though it’s confusing 🫤. It says a NE exposure and 20 ft to light. That’s way too far away for a succulent. But then it says 6+ hours of light. So is it getting a grow light?
Generally speaking to thrive and not grow long and leggy succulents need a lot of bright light. It doesn’t have to be actual sun rays landing on the leaves. Just good bright light.
