Outdoor plants indoors?

So I got this beautiful variegated Vinca Maculata at a local greenhouse yesterday and I want it to be an indoor plant. I’ve searched everywhere online and no one seems to have this as an indoor plant! Why is this?

They need super high light. Often more than we can provide for them indoors, even with a strong grow light. They need good airflow as well, and high humidity. So you *can* but it will definitely be a challenge, like trying to grow rosemary indoors.
I agree with @DreamMachine , they need way more light than most indoor spaces can provide. Without it they'll lose their variegation and rarely if ever flower. They're creepers, so they're designed to grow horizontally across large areas. You'll also need a very airy, chunky soil mix to prevent root rot and give it the drainage it needs.

So it's not that you *can't* grow it indoors. It'll just be a big pain in the a$$ 🤓
