Why is my caladium dying? I have been watering it weekly ...

Why is my caladium dying? I have been watering it weekly and misting it once every few days. And it gets light from a west facing window.

Most likely too much water... Weekly or scheduled watering isn't actually efficient. Let the plant tell you when it needs water (I would let it dry out a little more than necessary to ensure no root rot and start again with watering)

Also (assuming you don't) try bottom watering, that way the plant only takes what it needs

Your overwatering it I noticed once the soil is dry than I will feed it about every 2 weeks

@Sopholiage that’s exactly what I was thinking I don’t water my plants unless they really need it like they will def tell me when they need water
