Not a copiapoa, but Mammillaria voburnensis!
#identification
I grabbed two of these a few months ago from a local shop. I was so insanely Copiapoa crazy that I believed, based on a lot of characteristics (clumps, color, shape), it to be Copiapoa.
Hold up. How many species look like this? Well, at least the seven I was staring at. It finally took an ad to properly figure it out - I think I'm right!
ps These bloomed almost immediately with very little work. I'm excited for the clumps.

@thenonnon Wow, I might just have to have one for my collection ๐ค๐คญ๐ฑ
@YammieOf3 It's one where I said okay, okay, we get it. You're cute. It was the flowers that tipped me off that I was going in the wrong direction.
@MsPersnickertyPants One of my local shops gets in random trays of little sucs. Fortunately or not, there are 0 people on the floor who can identify them (it's more of a huge leaf store). The side effect is that I've seen full trays of mushy Lithops :(
