Tiara needs HELP! She has halfway died but she is coming back and one of the “leaves” fell of and is not germinating. Feedback wiild be great.

Put it in soil in a tiny pot and water it when the soil is completely dry. (Make sure the roots are atleast in the soil. It wouldn't hurt to bury it just a little bit to keep it protected while it grows either)
The mother plant looks like it was getting overwatered. Remember to only water succs when the soil is completely dry. Give the soil a good soak and leave it to drain on its own
