Hey, Ariz!! From the photo, that kind of looks like Flowerpot Parasol spores. They can show up in soil that’s been damp for too long :)

If you are referring to the multicoloured balls those are slow release fertilizer. Looks like there is still plenty of space FLF like to be root bound so no need to repot yet :)

Could be mould! Usually not a problem for plants, fungus indicates soil is alive and healthy :) let it dry out a bit before next watering
