When you water it, is it completely dry? Use a moisture meter or a chopstick to check it. It looks like it may be over watered.

I watered it every Fridayā€¦so once a week. Because lady at the nursery told me to do so! And also how much amount should I water??

Looks like too much water and not enough sun. I would repot it in a porous pot (terracotta) in succulent soil or well draining mixture (soil, perlite, bark, sand) and do not water at all. Put under a grow light or in the sun and then be patient. I can go a month without watering my succulents-it all depends on the elements, heat, humidity, sunlight. I bought an inexpensive moisture meter and use that. I do not water until it is COMPLETELY dry. Make sure when you water you do not get the leaves wet. I usually bottom water to be sure I donā€™t overwater. šŸ’•
