@Soulshineluv as leaves get older, they die so there is more room for new leaves to grow! As a fellow dwarf banana grower this is normal, along with those patterns on the leaves, it is all completely normal, when leaves turn yellow I would just recommend cutting them off, I apologize that no one else was able to answer your question!
