#PlantHaul Hey guys! In mid-move here & my prayer plants main stem broke at surface. Since my supplies r well, God only lnows where, can i just make hole w my chopstick and get it into plant mix until i can properly re-root it? I thought i had it propped well enough to make it to new house but the leaves r getting quite pallid so i thinknits defibrillator time!. Any other thoughts???

Hey Tacy! @BuffCaperspurge Is it a typical maranta leuconeura type prayer plant? I know people say you can’t root from cuttings but you totally can! Every slight bend/knuckle spot is a node. I’ve never rooted in straight soil but I bet you could! You could also just throw the whole top into a bag with moist perlite! Blow it up, and it should make a nice humid environment to root again.
