I’ve recently changed from an iPhone to a Samsung. I’ve downloaded the app but it will not let me login to my account - it is insisting I create a new account through Google. I really do not want to lose all my plant info or start over. Any suggestions ?
Email support at concierge@greg.app , they'll be able to transfer over your account. Just out of curiosity, when you first signed up was it via email or Apple login?
