Tropical Foliage is crazy.

It's Dracaena fragrans. It shouldn't be too difficult, let about 50-70% of the soil dry before watering, measuring from top to bottom using a stick or your finger. If all is well, you can get a nice tree in a couple years.

Oh and make sure you have a pot with drainage
That I believe is a
Neoregelia 'Pimiento'
Bromeliad.

It's fine, it's getting those brown tips from being overwatered.

That specific type is an epiphyte. Meaning they grow on trees.

Mine gets brown tips if she is overwatered. They really need to dry out between watering.

She must have aeration a chunky soil that gets lots of oxygen through it. They hate wet feet. A clay or porcelain pot with drainage holes really helps. Also make sure you never use a pot that is too big for her roots. That will make her hold water too long.

Also, mine will develop brown tips it they lay against something like a wall. She's picky about that, so I make sure her tips don't touch anything.

A grow light is great no direct sun they are used to being shaded by other trees.
@SuperbRaspfern I just want to know, how did Neoregelia 'Pimieto' pop up?
@Araceae 😂 No idea! I woke up with a really bad migraine today and should probably stay off social media tonight, they make me dumb! 😢 Great question!
@Araceae @SuperbRaspfern appreciate you both! I was watering it once a week or whenever I would see it dry up and it started turning yellow. Maybe setting it into another pot with drainage thank you
