My Thai constellation has its first new leaf since being in my care!

It’s been a little bumpy, having woken up one morning to it being knocked over and a leaf broken off.

However, I’ve been watering with purived houseplant food and it’s really started taking off! So excited to see what this next one looks like!
3ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 week ago
Hello
congrats!!! have you throught about staking her?
@lynnluvsplants I have recently thought about giving it an orchid bark and sphagnum moss mixed pole. I’m a little worried about doing so because of that one leaf sort of dangling down on the left like that, I don’t want to force it down more. I’m definitely open to suggestions though!
@br3nna nah, too much work! i say go to lowe’s and get a cedar plank, works just as good
@br3nna Hi Brenna!
I would wait for a pole until it’s time to repot into a larger pot. Then you will have the room to do what you want and they plant will be more mature. Once you start seeing aerial roots it maybe time to repot and give it something to climb on! Good Luck ‼️πŸͺ΄πŸ˜
@Ponytailmom hi thanks for your comment!
This is was my plan! Do you have a recommendation on what to put in/what kind of pole/stake to use!
My plan was orchid bark and sphagnum moss, what do you use?
