The leaves on couple of my plants have little holes. Should I be concerned? As I said before I kill most plants with over watering so trying to not do again.

This looks like nothing more than physical damage. On a separate note, what's up with the thick bamboo stakes in the pots? Croton Petras aren't climbers and the growth on yours doesn't look like it's leaning in a particular direction. Pothos ARE climbers, but that stake isn't actually supporting anything. Smooth bamboo doesn't provide much of a surface for pothos to attach to anyway, even if you were using ties or plant Velcro to train it.
They came in them so I thought I was supposed to leave them.🤣
