Can anyone tell me why the leaves are turning brown and now to help it? Thanks!

I think it's overwatering, do check the roots as your soil seems highly made of coco peat which is pretty good at retaining water but bad because a jade plant has to dry out completely between waterings,
So check the soil, if rooted roots, snip and hydrogen peroxide dillution dip, then place in new soil

sunburn, caused by a sudden large increase in light exposure but it can also happen if your plant's been out in the sun for a while and it suddenly got super hot out. if it keeps developing more brown spots or the current ones get larger, move it to a shadier place and then slowly increase the time it spends in the sun over the course of like a week. the brown spots are scars so theyll never go away, but the plant will eventually reabsorb those leaves as it grows. if it doesnt continue scarring then you dont need to do anything. overwatering doesnt cause dry brown splotches like that
