I recently saved this Orchid from the trash at work. I repotted it from its original small plastic container into a larger well draining pot with better gro special orchid potting mix. I moved the mix today to check the roots because I realized I didn’t see any aerial roots. I found they aren’t looking so good despite a new leaf recently emerging. This was my first time repotting an orchid so I’m scared I messed it up. What should I do to save this little guy?! 🙏 #helpneeded
