Because of how he looks! There are so many spikes! @Saturn572 Walmart does have some really good succulents about this time. I've opted to take the path of growing my own from seeds so I have a large batch brewing at the moment and cannot wait for my little green dewdrops to do their thingy. Some of them are already starting to quill and I cannot wait!

@HoyaMamma85 yes! It’s not very spiky, only if you angle your finger downwards while touching it. But the cactus you can hug is a cuddly cactus! I only have 3 other cactus I want left! Which is haworthia transparent! And snowman cactus! I have that at Walmart, and a rare mini looking prickly pear but soft spikes! Very soft, i cuddled it.

@HoyaMamma85 I agree! Walmart is the place I bought my mini Hoya succulent cactuses! I still have two more Hoyas to go! Hoya Bella! My absolute favorite Hoya! And turtle Hoya at Home Depot.
