Fungus gnats vanquished with peroxide and neem oil
My fungus gnats are gone lol I’ve been dealing with them for the past 2 weeks. I don’t know where they came from. And at first I’m like it’s okay it’s a few then it became a issue. A BIG ISSUE. They were in my coffee, flying in my kids mouths. They wanted war.
So this is what I did! I stopped watering the plants that were infested and i gave all of the plants a double shot of peroxide. I left a bunch of sticky strips on the soil. waited a couple days then sprayed neem oil in soil and all over the plant. Forgot about them but I noticed they calmed down by the end of week one and are completely gone as of today! Like I don’t see not even 1. Thank god I was seriously tired of sharing my drinks with them!

@aneysaaaa yes! I took a shot glass if the plant was in a 6inch pot or smaller I gave it one glass and if it was bigger I gave it 2.
@aneysaaaa Don’t use Hydrogen peroxide straight. It will chemically burn your plant’s roots. Dilute it with water. Valeri used 3 teaspoons (which is one shot glass 🙂) of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to one cup of water. You can water your plants with it, when they’re thirsty or you can put this hydrogen-Peroxide water in a spray bottle and spray it on your plant’s leaves.  I hope you will successfully kill ALL of those annoying gnats too.
