@MRMRMARCH wow! You's looks amazing! When I bring some of my plants in for the winter, or a winter hits some of the plants in the greenhouse, leaves fall. That's just how it goes in the cold months.
Just give it as much light as you can and slow down on the watering a bit becuase it'll take longer for the soil to dry out.
Come summer, the sunlight will help the plant regrow the lost leaves. (:
