It’s actually a philodendron! When I opened up the box , 2 of the vines were not even in the pot and half of the soil was in the box. Bounced back in a couple of days!

I love love love pothos! I have a handful of them and they’re all happy as can be. Some are in pots without drainage, some are in pots with drainage. Some are in bright indirect light, some are in direct light, some are in somewhat shady areas. They all just grow. I water about once every 8 days and they’re growing super fast. Pothos are my number one fav. Shhhh…don’t tell that to my 30+ other plants…

So I think in my lifetime this plant and a spider plant were the only 2 survivors of my non-green thumb!!
Perhaps with the help of “Greg”.. I will be able to expand with other varieties! Love this app! Thanx!!

this is a perfect beginner plant. she’s a bit dramatic (which i love) and that means when she’s thirsty, she’ll let you know - her leaves will DROOP like no other and she’ll sag and hang, and once i water her she stands STRAIGHT back up! i love a good plant with communication:)

I neglected my Pothos for about a month and thought it was dead but since we’re in lockdown and I can’t easily buy another, I thought I should try revive it. A few day after watering for the first time in a month it has come back to life easily. It’s a survivor for sure!

Very easy to maintain. Can even grow in water, roots are pretty easy to sprout!
I’m growing mine without chemicals in all natural soil in order to transplant it into my pet frogs cage for a bioactive terrarium!

I really like how easy it is to maintain this plant, and how I can tell what’s wrong with it by just looking at the leaves. I have one of those water orbs that automatically waters the plant, and it loves it. The leaves are plentiful and big, and they stand nice and tall when everything is healthy and growing! The only thing is, I feel like it takes a while to grow, but when it does it’s beautiful.
