I really hate this plant. The only reason I have it is because it was a gift, and it just won’t die. But it’s flimsy and fragile. Difficult to repot. Just overall not a fan.

Worlds most indestructible plant. You could ignore it for weeks and won’t die. Under watering is preferable to overwatering. Pretty asf purple leaves are everything

This is a rescue plant, but I am hopeful. The pile of dead leaves is what I removed, but for $2.97, I couldn’t resist. He looks happier after the haircut and only one watering.

Needs lots of sun to keep pretty colours strong, but such a lovely addition to your room. Let it trail out or keep it bushy, put it up high so you can see the purple underside of the leaves :)

Lol this was a piece of the plant that i found on the floor. Ive never propagated before but it ended up doing pretty well. I put it in a vase till i saw roots start then i moved it to a pot with soil. Its been growing beautifully ever since!

Alocasia zebrina are tricky to handle at first, so many problems they can have. One bad move youve lost the whole plant and they arent cheap either, but if u look after them right… beautiful stems and leaves. Gorgeous and easy to look after once u know how

Grows fairly easily without too much care, but the long vibes can be a bit delicate and snap easily when re arranging. I put it up on a high shelf and let it cascade down!

I have had this plant a couple months now and she just grows like crazy. She’s in the northeast window so she gets morning sunlight and every couple of weeks or three, I hang her in the shower and give her a good soak. Let her drip dry for a while and then hang her back up. I have giver her a diluted mix of miracle grow once since I’ve had her. I think she likes it :)
