snake plants are the easiest plant ever. you can put them anywhere and they’ll thrive. they don’t need to be watered often and can tolerate wide ranges of humidity/dryness. one thing to look out for though, if you keep them in a corner or far away from a window, the leaves will grow very tall and thin rather than wide and sturdy, as you can see in this photo.

i stole this from my parents snake plant. i took 2 leaves from it and propagated them, i don’t think either had many roots cause i literally sliced it off 😀 then i propagated it for like 2 months (probably far too long but i forgot) then potted it and it grew so fast i had like 3 new leaves within a few months so honestly she’s thriving and looks so cute

So so so so easy. It’s hard to underwater - these are very hearty plants and super drought resistant.

Incredibly resilient and easy to propagate. While an extremely slow grower, very satisfying to (minimally) care for.

Beautiful and hasn’t browned once. Was browned a bit when I got her and has just flourished under minimal watering and sun.

Lovely but relatively slow growing plant. Very popular at the moment, but don’t over water. Tolerates my bathroom next to the towel radiator

Snake plants are perfect for anyone who’s new to taking care of plants. They’re easy to take care of, survive in dire conditions, and are generally beautiful house plants.

The slowest growers on earth, but super hardy. It’s difficult to know what they need because they’re not very “expressive” per se. Less is more with these.

These might be the easiest plants to grow. They seem to thrive on neglect. I’ve used these in a north window in the kitchen as screening from my neighbor.

Very easy to take care of. Only need to water it once every other week in the warm months and once a month in the cold months. Blooms quickly if you water it more than that but it won’t hurt it. You do have to make sure when you water it though you completely soak the soil and have a drainage hole and catcher so the roots can drain from the heavy soak and not get root rot.
