i love my money tree! i picked it up for cheap from a grocery store and it was a little droopy for a few days until it adjusted to its new home. i added a humidifier after it had adjusted and it hasn’t stopped pushing out new growth since then!

Money Mitch is my forever baby, when i got him
His leave were average a month ago his leaves have since doubled.. hes easy to care for loves humidity i have mine on a pebble tray.. low maintenance and great for a new plant parent

This plant has gone through three potting transplants and a total break in all its major limbs (accidents happen when in a toddler classroom!) but has rebounded beautifully. From being just 10” tall when received as a gift ten years ago to 5’ now; I adore this beauty.

If they come with the trunks tied together make sure to remove them before they choke out the plant. They love a lot of sun and if you take care of them right they will always be growing new leaves!

Be careful not to over water this plant!! This is my second one. It can get root rot very fast. My plan this time is to constantly check the moisture level before adding more water.

My Money Tree has been such a great companion. I keep him on my desk and this might sound like woo-woo but he has this calming effect on me.
It’s winter time right now where I live and he seems to have taken a break from growing. Though, in the summer and fall it is new leaves galore!
I occasionally travel and he handles the occasional missed watering like a champ.
P.S: My finances have been doing really well lately. Could it really be...
