Big beaut was growing outside, up my porch. Looked like the roots were ready to go so I took what I could! Excited to see what happens. Who doesn’t love free plants 🥰

It grows very big, at a very fast rate. So beware to put it in a place where you can handle the big leaves and long roots.

I’ve gotten this plant 1 month ago, and it has grown so much. It’s very easy to take care of, and does well in indirect sunlight. Make sure it has drainage + don’t worry if the leaves turn lime/yellowish, IT’S NORMAL! Make sure your pets don’t eat this btw. I love this plant a lot, and I water it whenever Greg recommends/a day after.

Poor resilient Athena! When I first got her as a tiny 3 leaf cutting, I thought she was supposed to be all green. I kept removing all the “damaged” yellow streaked leaves that would appear. I thought she needed less sun, more sun, less water, some missing nutrient??? It is a wonder she survived at all! But survive she did! 🥰 She has a special place in my heart! This year I moved her from my office to a place of honor in my dining room!

This plant does not need a bigger pot as it grows down more than it grows up and out. Needs the light to keep the pretty white spots but will still be green as long as it still gets some light. Mine does not have the long vines yet but makes me so happy to see them in the morning stretching up and a little out the pot.
