i propagated this plant from my other pothos and honestly it took about a week maybe less to see defined roots! if you want a really fast growing plant where you can see new leaves every week get a pothos. in terms of watering it doesnt mind too much and light it’s fine with as well - indirect sunlight it thrives in. this is a great beginner plant especially if you want to test out water propagating and then planting! <33

Super easy to care for! I love when they get bushy. Note that when a leaf falls off a node it will not grow back. Happy in bright direct/indirect light, water when soil feels dry or pot feels light!

golden pothos do really nicely in bright, indirect light (my plant is in a room with north facing windows). they don’t need to be watered very often, so they’re super low maintenance. great plant!

i only just got my pothos, but i’ve always thought they were so pretty. my grandparents have about 30 of them that sit on top of their cabinets and around the top of their living room that were there when they bought the house. and they vine and hang all the way down to the floor (lol they’re so in the way). but they aren’t very avid plant owners (or waterers) and they’ve continued to grow and thrive.
