Super cute, and the first plant I ever got. You can tell when they need to be watered because the bottom part will get soft. I love all of the different colors they come in!

The moon cactus was my first plant but I find that it grows brown spots, even when being properly taken care of. It doesn’t start to die, it just browns in certain spots. It also doesn’t stand up by itself and I don’t know if that’s a me problem or a plant problem but it’s really annoying.

Very beginner friendly. Doesn't grow excessively fast and the color is very attractive. Does not require much attention as long as you place it near a window and water it when the soil gets very dry.

You have to keep the soil moist, but it can stay moist for a good amount of time. Don’t water it if the soil is moist

this plant is very easy to take care of bc it’s low maintenance. it doesn’t gain height fast, but the spikes grow kinda fast
