Big beautiful leafy plant that is very easy to propagate. Once you find a spot where they are happy the basically take care of themselves.

Everything I’ve read online has said they’re very picky and hard to take care of. I have two by my north facing window and water every 10-14 days and so far they’re thriving! However they love to attract gnats. These are the only plants I’ve had an gnat issue with.

Love it’s look, but it’s finicky. It needs just the right amount of water and light. I’ve had three (two have passed) and they’ve all been different. If you have patience and will do the work, they are beautiful home trees!

I was so excited to get a fiddle leaf and my experience with it has been wonderful! Within a month it has put out a large new leaf while being super low maintenance. I put it in a corner with a small amount of direct light daily and rotate the pot when it starts to lean.

I had left this little guy at my moms and she totally forgot about it. He was just a stick at one point. Since I’ve been nursing him back to health he’s gotten some new growth. Excited to see him thrive!

So far, this FLF seems to like its location. It’s sitting in front of a large bay north facing window. Currently receiving supplemental lighting as work is being done on the outside of our building. The adjustment to its new home from the nursery saw a loss of 2 leaves, but has since put out numerous new leaves.

I found it easier to invest in buying a larger fiddle leaf fig if you already have experience growing the plant because once this plant is mature it is a lot easier to care for

Needs bright light and likes to dry out at least 50%. Way less finicky than their reputation!

I love my fiddle leaf fig! I picked her up at Sam’s Club and she has thrived! She loves our front window with the east sun hitting her in the mornings.

I’ve had this guy for 4 years and she has grown so tall! I’ve had to propagate her twice to keep her from reaching the ceiling. I now have many happy little fiddle babies. So easy to propagate and care for.

i think arlo (my fiddle) has gotten so lucky in surviving. people either kill these immediately or grow them for a while! there’s not too much growth but i think she’s starting to put out more leaves :p
