This is a gorgeous plant is taken care of properly. I had her in shaded spot & kept her in some peaty soil for too long and lost some leaves. Repotted her in my soilless mix & give her bright indirect sunlight & she seems to be flourishing! She loves her humidity and to stay moist. Super easy to care for and not dramatic. She can also grow to look like a tree.

Grows fairly quickly and is a great decorative plant. I moved mine to my sunporch for the summer here in Michigan, lots of indirect light but warm and bright still. Mine will brown and drop leaves it gets direct sunlight!

My most favorite plant. Requires a bit of indirect bright sunlight to keep looking lush. The leaves are so voluptuously large with eye catching contrasting variegations. I can stare at it for ages and even though it’s highly toxic it brings calmness and joy to my life.

Mine is very sensitive to how much water it is given. Too much and the leaves become very droopy. Make sure to be cautious of that and fine the appropriate amount of water your plant can take. And sunlight is also a hard one because the leaves in the beginning of me getting this plant would start to go yellow, to brown, and then crisps. I found that switching mine back and forth between light and shade every few days helps keep it from doing that.

A classic! This plant doesn’t typically disappoint. She grows fast, and grows large enough to make an impact in your room. Indirect sun works great. Water regularly as they don’t like to dry out. Some reviewers have reported that this is a pet friendly plant, but IT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

This Dieffenbachia is one tough cookie. I’ve put her through the wringer. Not knowing any better I’ve both underwater and overwatered her. For the last 4 months I’ve shown her some love, repotted her, gave her supplemental light, regular feedings, and a few showers. She’s thriving!

This plant loves to be watered frequently but can handle lower light than most. She communicates when she needs water, though, rather than just dying and losing leaves right away!
