I honestly do not get this plant. Hasn’t shown any sign of growth in the last 7months. A bunch of leaves got crispy which I subsequently removed and since then no change

I keep this little fellow in my bathroom and it seems to love it, gives me a little thrill to spray it with my shower head, feels like I am showering with a dear friend 😌 10/10 for the lovely little spirals, think it has started sprouting new little curls

Sadly my dog has eaten my birds nest fern, but it didn't die :) thankfully it is pet friendly, so that saved his life 😂 such a gorgeous plant

ive noticed that it’s really sensitive to light, and the leaves brown quite quickly, so i would recommend keeping it in the shade. It’s really easy to tell when to water because the leaves won’t feel as springy, that something i love about it, it’s leaves are so springy and fun

With the right light (not direct, not shady, somewhere in the middle) and good soil (regular + orchid soil mixed) and religious watering and misting this fern is amazing! Such lush, green fronds and beautiful color. Warning: can grow to get several feet across!!

Have had this plant for a long long time and it’s still thriving, though my only complaint is that it grows VERY slowly. I need to figure out how to perhaps “speed things up”
