Only had her a few days. She’s starting to get brown spots on the leaves. How can I help her?

hi i dont know what happened to bob my parlor palm could someone help? the white stuff maybe from the water here cause i tried to spray it to make it better but nothing helped #ParlorPalm

What do I do with this little thing?

Lola was doing so great now all of sudden she’s has browning leaves, I have trimmed some of the dead ones. And I water only to the schedule given, and she has a grow light. Not sure what’s happening to her.
