I’ve been trying to help this plant at my work look a little prettier. This is what it looks like now, is there anything that looks off? Are the leaves supposed to look like that? Any tips on what else I can do or is it happy and healthy?

does anyone know what’s going on with my arrowhead? she was doing so well for so many months, and then just suddenly started yellowing? but it’s not even yellow— more white. i’ve moved her to a place with a little more sun, thinking her soil wasn’t drying enough between waterings? but i haven’t changed her soil so i’m just confused. any help is appreciated! #ArrowheadPlant #help
