Potential spider mites? Only wanted to confirm because I haven't seen spider mites infest stems before, I only assumed they went after the leaves. I'm about 98% sure this is a spider mite issue but wanted to double check. Bottom of the leaves show nothing

I'm seeking assistance with my money tree, as I've noticed that its leaves are drooping and falling off. I've placed it in a location with ample sunlight, but it seems to be struggling. Any advice on how to help it thrive would be greatly appreciated!

Money Tree Update: I finally got my two new trees into their new pots. Checked for bands around the roots and there were none. They started yellowing but hadn’t been watered since I had gotten them, so I’m hoping it new soil and pots they’ll quickly recover. Thanks for everyone’s help with these!
