I just received my new Euphorbia milk plant so I haven’t created an account for it yet but does anyone know whats going on with the leaves? Does he need to be quarantined?

My african milk bush was adopted om the 15th of February and was watered that day. I kept in near a window facing NW. however I saw the leaves turning yellow today so I moved it to my balcony that faces south. Should I leave it outside? #NewGrowth
