How do I prune my plant from being too bushy

Hi guys! A month ago I had bought a lovely Coleus plant. Lately his leaves had gotten very droopy and mold started forming on the soil… I’ve already took out the mold. What else can I do to keep my Coleus alive and well? And what did I do wrong?
