Does my pink splash look like it’s doing ok? I’m wondering if the smaller leaves on the bottom are typical in size or if it needs more light to get bigger leaves. Thanks!

My “pink splash” has been a difficult one for me. I’m hoping to bring it back to life again. I had it in water to allow it to root. Just replanted it in peat & perlite and put it back under the grow light. Fingers crossed! All advice welcome!!!

Help me with my Pink Splash

Dory is doing so great that I don’t want to repot her but she’s still in the nursery pot and her roots are growing way out of the bottom of it. Can anyone help me with some tips on what type of soil and pot size and type(ceramic, plastic, doesn’t matter)? I know I need drainage so even though I love my little anniversary pot with the happy dogs, I won’t be able to use it because there is no drainage. #HappyPlants #Algaonema

Replacement plant for sister plant who didn’t handle trip from California to North Carolina. She looks healthy and happy to add to my growing oasis of plants. She’s in quarantine now but soon will find a spot.
