Sick Monstera

My monstera has had two new leafs since I got her 3 months ago. The first new leaf is good (the tallest one) but the second one looks stuck unrolled and one side is blackening 😰 should I cut the leaf?

Two monstera cutting received same day rooting in h20 in a huge 10 ft windows shaded with linen,so no direct other than the water does get hit with direct light during day. After a couple weeks one looks Good even with an Arial root poking out. The other..the one root ..if that is a root..is about to fall off..help! Please...is this on track or can I do something. I did honeywater for 30 minute..that all@
