I put my Swedish Ivy in a larger jar a couple of weeks ago, and it is not doing very well. Any suggestions on how to help this poor little guy?

Help! First swedish Ivy. I cannot figure out how to care for this plant. For one thing, the branches keep breaking. It's also getting brown spots, super yellow leaves, and long stringy vines. Just seems super unhappy 🙁☹️

Why are some of the leaves going brown and dry ? I’m watering according to schedule and it’s about two feet away from an east window .. should I water more often ?
