All of the leaves (jelly beans) are falling off and I’m not sure what to do. It’s under a grow light in a glazed pot with drainage and I only water it when the app tells me to. Does anyone know how to save it?

The tips of the leafs look a little dry and crusty. Is that normal when a plant is adjusting to its new home? Is it normal at all? Lots of love ❤️ #SucculentLove

Greg couldn't correctly identify my plant because it sure doesn't look like a jelly bean plant. Reverse image searching was also unsuccessful😭 Could anyone please tell me what type of succulent this is?
