Sunburn?

My fig is starting to lean and the leaves are starting to droop or fall off. Any tips on what may be going on? I’ve had the plant for about a month and it’s still in the same pot..wondering if it’s time to repot?

What causes brown spots around edges?

What's happening to my plant?! It has dropped the bottom 4 leaves in the space of a few weeks. 😭 It has special fiddle leaf soil, indirect sunlight through South facing windows, and I water it when the top two inches of soil are dry. Houston TX.
