Do I need to fertilize Cinderella or is she fine I’ve had her around 2 years maybe less and she never had a problem only in the winters and when adjusting to her home

My pothos has mealybugs apparently. I’m a new plant mom, and HATE bugs, but I love my plants more 😂 Does anyone have any advice on getting rid of them and keeping them gone? Do I need to repot it? Do I spray it down? How do I do that without flooding the roots? Help!!!

Inexperienced plant Mom. Starting to get some brown spots, about 8ft from window with minimal direct sunlight. Some of the stems are getting brown as well. Is it time to put it in soil?
