Help!! What’s wrong with my giant taros leaves?!

Does anyone know what is damaging my Elephant ear?

Just lost another leaf from my plant. It seems as though every time a new leaf grows, another one just snaps and breaks off. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?

Found this huge #ElephantEar on clearance at Star Nursery for only $4! I already inspected her for pests, took her out of her old soil, inspected the roots, soaked them in hydrogen peroxide mix, replanted her in better homamade soil, and gave her a nice wipe down with neem oil spray. Roots were healthy and she had some new growth points developing! 😍🤩🤞🏽

Hello I don't know what to do with my plants now four of them are in bad shape...can I cut the brown or dead leaf off or what's the best way to treat my sick plants.
