My leaves keep coming in no color and mooshy feeling on one side. It kind of smells like root rot but I'm also newbie so not sure. If gets plenty of light. What am I doing wrong 😩

Happy New Year's Eve everyone! This time of year has always held a peculiar bittersweetness and melancholy for me. Ever since I started getting into plants, I've found that the melancholy is significantly less than usual. The days are short but they're getting progressively longer. Some of the plants have new growth, a small promise that spring is right around the corner. This year I'm undertaking a little personal project: I'm going to try to photograph all of my plants' growth throughout the year, documenting them on the equinoxes and solstices. What went wrong?

Why is it turning yellow? May have been a little overwatered when first got it and it has been on a south west windowsill although not very sunny this time of year

Sooo I was at the grocery store and they randomly had the hugest #Echeveria Perle Von Nurnberg I have ever seen! 🤩🪴 6 inches across! I snagged it for $11.
