The tips of my moon silver cactus are turning brown!

Idk why my succulents leaves are wrinkling and are squishy, I'm not over watering it and I don't think I'm under-watering it so what happening!

Just some of my beautiful babies 👩🏻‍🌾🌈🌱✨ these ones are have made me especially proud this past week or so with all the new growth. Now and then (from most recent to when I got them). I would say they are looking a lot happier and healthier 🤩 I love being able to rescue plants and nursing them back to life. These guys were dry and shriveled from being in the sun at Lowe’s. I couldn’t tell if they had been watered since they had been on display lol. They still need a little more time but I’m very impressed with their transformation. Hello once again, (: I’ve had these pachyphytum moonshine for about two weeks now, when I got them they were super dry and wrinkled. I have watered them quite a few times (small amounts in increments, so I don’t rot it) since I’ve got it, but it seems like only one (first pic) has perked up.
