the lowest leaves of my plant are turning yellow and brown and drying out and falling off. the mid leaves are soft and there has been no growth in height. what am i doing wrong?

Happy #WhatTheSuccWednesday! 🤗🌵🪴💚 Today, we have a #succulentarrangement I made at work, featuring my coworker’s giant #Echeveria of some kind (I think?), a #SpiderCactus which is hidden by all the clover that is taking over the pot 😂, my #AloeVera and some #GollumJade. It’s so happy in the office window and that echeveria keeps growing! It’s about 7” across now! 😱 Then, we have my #FloristKalanchoe which is finally about to rebloom! Go girl! 🌸🌸🌸 Next, my #Sempervivum enjoying the winter in the living room window My cute new #SnakePlant 🐍 And last but not least, my new Echeveria Neon Breakers from #GregPlantShop. she’s been dying for so long finally got some new leaves but still looks so sad how do i fix this

Am I not watering enough?

He’s so sad. I’ve had him about 2 months via propagation. Watered 2-3 times since I got him. Help! Stem is rubbery. He’s right next to the window. Leaf is practically paper thin.
