So beautiful, right 🥰? I have named this friend LOEN. This is the Echeveria Lola succulent line originating from Vietnam. I just planted this one and just took root. Loen has gradually adapted to the climate on my balcony. #mysucculents #succulentlove #echeverialola

Another one of my #EcheveriaLola 💖 this one got etiolated because it was my first #Echeveria ever, and at the time I didn’t understand just HOW much light they need! Lol! (Just to be clear, I do know now and I have dozens of happy succulents under very bright lights 😊) So I did a chop and prop. The original head is happily growing new roots in a tiny terracotta pot, and this one grew 4 new heads. #Succulents are so fascinating! Last year around Halloween I bought this sedum. I wasn't in a very good place mentally and I let him go to shit Honestly, I forgot that he used to look like this and didn't even realize how bad he was until today. He was originally potted in a coffee mug with no drainage hole. He went a very long time without water. I repotted him a few weeks ago in a better pot but I see the soil isn't drying out well. I have better soil now so I will repot him this weekend. (The soil I previously bought said it was succulent soil but it's retaining more water than my babies need!) Is he a lost cause? Did I kill him? Is there any way to revive him? I feel awful. Please help! #Sedum

@vvvelo my succulents from your giveaway are finally well rooted enough for some small teracotta pots! I started rooting under a grow light, I first removed many bottom leaves, and left them on a tray, (without dirt) in front of my grow light. After I saw that the aerial roots were getting longer & would start needing moisture soon, I decided to put them in a small pot, with some well draining soil. They have taken root well in these pots so far! They are firm, & seem to be rooting into the new dirt well. Today is a progress picture day obviously 🙃🌱 •Echeveria Lola, I’ve had her for so long now.. and she has grown a lot. Don’t have any comparison photos rn, cause I’ll have to dig through my pics lol. But here is a two recent pictures. She was etoliated a couple months ago, but her growth is looking compact again! •Sedeveria Lilac Mist,🌿 just a couple days ago, I was wondering if she was even growing. But she must’ve heard my thoughts because she pushed out some new growth after more frequent watering. I have found this particular type of sedeveria enjoys a more frequent watering, atleast while in direct sun. Even under grow lights she was quite thirsty. I was reading up on this plant not too long ago, and one recommended that you keep this type pretty moist at most times to encourage growth. Not sure how’s true that is but it seems to be liking the extra water so far. The third picture is from April 1st, and the fourth is from April 6th.
