I cannot get my pearls to thrive. I’ve tried the no watering, the deep water watering, direct sun, indirect sun. I’m thinking I need a different soil at the point. Any thoughts?

I have 3 plants that have these on them. SOP, SOB, SOD. They have little webs and tiny bugs. New to succulents. They were not there when I watered 2 weeks ago. Any help is appreciated how to treat them. Thank you all in advance.
