Still learning about succulents—is my opalina producing offsets?

Planted a few of my #Succulents today, I was so excited to finally get get to use my Pixie Planter™️ from Amazon. These two inch plants were a perfect fit for it 🪴 I have one tier left that needs to be filled, I want to use my string of hearts to add a spiller to the planter. It’s so relaxing to pot up your new plants! It’s like my mind finally goes quiet as I focus on getting them all tucked into there new homes. 🤗🪴🌈✨💕🌱 I will show you guys the finished product when it’s done, and stacked up how it should be. Why is my Graptosedum Blue Pearl turning yellow/dropping lower leaves/shriveling?

Update on my order from mountain crest gardens I got a month ago. These are in my tiered planter. I have been mostly keeping them outside since the weather has been nice lately. Mostly full sun, and watering a lot more frequently since they have been in bright direct light most the day. They have definitely grown and changed colors, they are healthy and happy as of right now. 1.Graptoveria ‘Debbie’ 2. Echeveria PVN 3. Graptopetalum ‘Superbum’ 4. Echeveria ‘Atlantis’ 5.
