Can someone tell me what I can do to prevent it from wilting? It’s my first time having this plant so idk what to do

Wrinkly leaves

I cut this flower stalk off of my Sedevaria 'Blue Elf' when I bought it, because I wanted the plant to focus on adjustment and roots. But I kept the flower stock & gave it a little bit of water every now and then. It has finally opened up.

Some pictures of my growing babies! Lots of succulent babies on my plants, new growth points, and even blooms. ☀️🌷😊 I finally got approved for my own apartment & will be moving, so of course my plants will be coming with me. I have a balcony facing the back side of the building. I love the privacy I will have, & even the view, but all the trees (shade) will be a change for my succulent babies. I’m hoping they will adjust well. My move in date is set for the 10th of July. It will be my first place of my own since I’m 23. Hi everyone, so these - guys Manny, Moe, & Jack do not have roots. Should I actually water it even though it does not have roots yet. I was taught somewhere not to. What would you do?
