Thoughts on what this could be?

This pothos is still in the propagation phase, which I’m doing in LECA. I changed the water yesterday, and woke up to find this little black split on that small leaf and a little black slit on the bigger leaf. I think I might have over fertilized, not sure. There was also some root rot on neighboring cuttings that I’ve treated by rinsing and snipping the rot off (sanitizing with hydrogen peroxide in between). I sanitized the LECA, the pot, and repotted with fresh water. I also sprayed the leaves with a baking soda/soap/water solution after seeing some white dust that looked like it could be mildew.
Should I cut the split/black parts of the leaves off? Could it just be stress from a new environment (the cuttings and really the whole prop setup is a gift from my mom)? What do y’all think is going on? I’m a super beginner, with the opposite of a green thumb. Thanks in advance! #PothosPack #PothosWater #pothoscare #NeonPothos #help

Hey! It looks like just small damage/tares from handling. Not a big deal.

The leaves look really healthy overall
Sorry I can't help Lindsay. I am also new at all of this. I could use someone full time to help me. I have so many questions and problems.
I wish I could help you. I did want to say other than the slits. She looks so bright and beautiful. Best of luck! I hope you are able to get the right answers. πŸ™‚
@SolidlyMandarin thank you! We can be newbies together haha
Credit for the green-ness goes to my mom who has much more of a green thumb than I do. I wish that skill passed down πŸ₯΄
@PoignantEllisia phew! Thank you so much, I’ve been stressing thinking it was a fungus, the initial root rot has made me super anxious πŸ˜…
You will get it! It just takes time. At least, that is what I keep telling myself. Lol
I started out by buying 10 plants from a lady moving out of my building. The word got out. I now have 49. Yes, 49 πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«
I just can't let someone throw away a plant. BUT, I now have some kind of bug, and another has something else wrong with it.
I am so upset. And there are so many things you can buy to get rid of them. I am so scared I am going to lose them. They are so beautiful! I need to find the right spray. Maybe that can do both.
I hope someone can help you!
Hopefully, one of these members who has a green thumb and lots of knowledge will see your question.
I will check back later and see how you made out newbie.πŸ™ƒ
